1. Product Introduction
HY-GS9010 microwave tube furnace is suitable for graphene expansion tests under air atmosphere.

3. Description
HY-GS9010 microwave tube furnace is composed of furnace, microwave heating system, insulation system, feeding and discharge system and control system.
Furnace:
Furnace is welded by 304 stainless steel and joined by flanges, aiming at installation of insulation system and shielding microwave.Furnace is provided the feeding hole and flanges on the top, feeding and discharge devices on the front and back side, and the microwave heating system on the left, right and bottom.
4. Microwave Heating System
Including magnetron, high voltage transformer, adapting flanges and some related electronic components.totally 6 sets microwave heating systems, with each rated output power: 1.5KW, and totally 9KW for 6 sets.
5. Insulation System
Inluding furnace tube and insulation material. Furnace tube is for heating space for expansion material, and is made of integral quartz glass, temperature resistance:1200℃, and is equipped with feeding hole on the top, and feeding and discharge devices on the front and back side. Furnace tube is wrapped by light mullite fiber for insulation.
1). Feeding and Discharge System:
Composed by feeding device, air inlet device,discharging device. Devices include: feeding port, pneumatic gate valve, air compressor, centrifugal fan,joint pipe,storage tank and related flanges.
2). Feeding device:
including feeding port, 2 pneumatic gate valves, feed pipe, air inlet pipe and feeder.Feeding amount will be controlled by the feeding port to guarantee the completed expansion.
3). Air inlet device:
including centrifugal fan, pneumatic gate valve and ball valves,etc. Keep the centrifugal fan running. Adjust the air supply volume by ball valve,once the graphene finish expansion, start the discharging device, and the pneumatic gate valve of air inlet device can be opened simultaneouly, and the material blow to the storage tank.
4). Discharging device:
including pneumatic gate valve, discharging pipe, storage tank. Upon the completion of expansion, material will be blowed from feeding pipe into storage tank. The storage tank will be joint with discharging pipe by clamps, for quick replacing storage tank. Optional: water cooling system.
